TAE KWON DO
Ages 4 and 5 will learn the Basic Benefits of Tae Kwon Do: Balance, Focus, Respect, Fitness, Teamwork, Coordination, Control, Memory, and Discipline. Students will learn punching, kicking, blocking and self-defense drills. 30 minute class times are designed for the reduced attention span of young children and it includes games that are skill-specific.
Ages 6 through 8. Basic Taekwondo skills taught with age-appropriate pace. Discipline, self-control, self-confidence, focus, coordination, teamwork, self-defense, and fitness are instilled with care, love, and fun.
Ages 9 through 12. Basic through Advanced Taekwondo skills taught with age-appropriate drills. discipline, self-control, self-confidence, focus, coordination, teamwork, goal setting, leadership skills, self-defense, and Fitness are taught in fun and exciting classes.
Ages 13 and up. Basic through Advanced Taekwondo skills taught with age appropriate drills. Fitness and self-defense are emphasized in these classes. Classes are varied to keep things interesting and exciting.
Fulfill your P.E. course requirement with a martial arts program. We recognize that home-school students have unique schedules therefore we offer 3 classes each week during the mid-day time period.

The Samurai program is adapted Martial Arts for individuals with physical, developmental, or emotional challenges. Special challenges include, but not limited to, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, mental retardation, paraplegic (wheelchair), blind, deaf, dwarfism, etc. Ages 6 & up.

Krav Maga is considered by many experts to be the most devastating fighting system in the world. You’ll learn to defeat attackers (even multiple attackers) armed with knives, guns, bottles, sticks, baseball bats, etc. Additionally, you’ll learn how to debilitate your opponent immediately irrespective of his size, training background or experience level. Most importantly, you’ll see immediate results. Fitness training is also a huge part of this course.
